duplicate atari 7800 entries in main database

I've added atari 7800 to rocketlauncher, and surprising for me it worked first time  , problem is, I seem to have entered duplicate entries to RocketLauncher, so now I see 3 entries on the wheel, I'm getting a message saying 'system Atari 7800 has duplicate entry in the main database' and I'm to fix this manually. Where do I look to fix this?

I found using HyperHQ and deleting the atari 7800 wheels did the trick, I got lucky and deleted the ones with no .xml associated with them.
