Hyperpause Save/Load states not working

Hi all,

Is anyone having issues with getting hyperpause load states to load?  They seem to save just fine (providing date and time and a screenshot in the background of what I saved), but when I go to load them, the screen will go dark for a few seconds as if it's going to load, but the game carries on as if I never launched hyper pause to begin with.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
