Whenever I get an error in HS it changes Global Settings in RocketLauncherUI?

Running MAME 0.182

 

If I am switching from ROM to ROM and happen upon a ROM that doesnt have the CHD or sometimes I get "Cannot find MAME.xml error" even though its actually there, the error changes my Default Frontend Path and Default Plugin settings in RocketLauncherUI? How do I stop this from happening?
