Adding Mega Man 2.5d

Hey guys so I added Mega Man 2.5d to my hyperspin wheel, everything runs good for the first 15-20 seconds then I get a error message that pops up. The game runs perfect outside of hyperspin.

Any help would be appreciated

I dont see anywhere it says about fade title? This is where I set up the exe

i clicked over where it says AppWaitExe and followed the guide to click ctrl & Q once game loaded. it seemed to do the trick.
