a little help required for pc games

i've recently installed a couple of pc games into my setup but when i try to launch them, they open up for about a second or so and then auto minimise. i can get to the game by alt tabbing with my keyboard though. i've read through some solutions but am unable to find the right fix for it. This ONLY happens with PC GAMES and not when im trying to launch mame or ps2 games etc.

 

EDIT : ok this only happens with my ultra street fighter 4 and not my ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 (btw i only have 2 pc games lol). i read somewhere it might be a resolution thing i'm gonna try that

ok im not sure exactly what happened but for some reason its working fine again~ man im so confused about all these

Might I use this thread to ask how ripping of PC games is done when an extra disc based installation\set up is required?

I've ripped some discs contents  into a folder but it doesnt seem I can carry on discless
