WinVICE Commodore 64 RUN/STOP Mapping?

My cabinet has an X-Arcade Tankstick and I have successfully setup WinVICE under HyperSpin & RocketLauncher.  I can load the games, no problem.  I have even configured the joystick and saved settings but I cannot figure out how to set up the Run/Stop Key.  I know it is the "ESC" key by default but I would like to map it to either my Caps Lock key or another joystick button on the Tankstick.

Is there a setting somewhere I can set this up?  I didn't see anything in my vice.ini file.  I'm not sure where to begin.  Please help.  Games like Friday the 13th, Jumpman Junior, Space Taxi and Boulder Dash await!
