vogey Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Hi, i'm completely new to Hyperspin and this is probably a really simple error in something i did. I installed both at the root of the drive i wanted, set up the right emulator paths and rom paths, my rocket launcher detected the games i put in when i audited (i only put in 2 just to test) and they showed up green. I thought when i launched hyperspin they would appear but they didn't... I have the rocketlaunch.exe path set up in hyperspin, the only thing i did do was update the database to the most current in rocketlauncher... i have tested both games and they run great directly from rocketlauncher, just not on hyperspin anyways another thing it does, is that the 2 games i put in (for test purposes) don't show up, and then something does show up i don't even have, it shows the graphic and info for the game "10 yard fight" i didn't download that game.. i'm a total noob, what did i do wrong?

Avar Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 Ok the way you described the issue isn't making sense then. Are you saying the games don't run? Or just that the art isn't there? Cuz the art has nothing to do with the roms/emulators/RL setup stuff. That gets added.

That gets added. the games run fine if i hit the button in rocket launcher (they are green indicating that rocket launcher detects them), but in hyperspin, there is no art and they do not run.
Avar Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 The art is something you add later but if they're not running in HyperSpin try running both HyperSpin and RL as admin. If the issues persists it means you missed a step. Could you post your log.txt from HS root directory here please if that doesn't solve it for you.
