Golden Tee 06 Issue

Some guidance on the newer Golden Tees would be appreciated. The later games seem to be widely problematic for people. I have googled this, and tried the suggestions and it worked to an extent, but tehn I get an error no one has ever mentioned.

I have the CHD, from the .186 set.  I also have the BIOS, iteagle.zip -- no problem.

I've tried the usually offered answer, which is to create a text file matching the folder name of the CHD.  So in this instance, I created gtfore06.txt.

I then changed the .txt file to .zip, now I have a zipped folder called. gtfore06.zip.

And I made sure that both RLUI and HSHQ recognized the chd extension.

So, I now check, and RLUI now shows gtfore06 in the games list as green. Awesome!  Okay, now I launch it, and it goes and starts to load, with RLUI apparently recognizing it.  But then I get this message, which I've never seen anyone bring up before:

"unzip: E:\MAME 0.186 ROMs (merged)\gtfore06.zip couldn't find ECD"

Well I recognize the file path... that's the .zip I just created from the .txt file.  But what is the ECD?  I've never heard anyone mention an ECD in forum posts about Golden Tee.
