Steve7726 Posted September 17, 2017 Share Posted September 17, 2017 Are you using an integrated video card like an intel HD4000? I had a similar issue with my mac mini using bootcamp where I ended up turning off hardware acceleration in Internet Explorer and that seemed to resolve the problem.
