Lists with No CRCs & Don's Tools

Hi! I'm a bit new on HS, but as i'm trying to set up my systems, I've found some Lists that have no CRCs (Neo Geo, CPS1, CPS2, Amiga), which make cause Don's Tools Renamer to be unable to work with them and check my roms. How should i go about this systems? Should i rename my roms by hand?
