Trackball not working after game upgrade form .189 to .191

Hi All, 

My trackball (Utrak) stopped working in game after I upgraded form .189 to .191. It still works fine in windows, just not in any name games. I'm using mame64 and windows 10 64 bit. 

I've attached my name.ini beloethat I recreated with CreateConfig.bat and edited. I think I have everything right there. 

when I run mame, hit tab, and config inputs it doesn't seem to recognize the trackball inputs. 

Any thoughts?

Never mind. Got it working. Copied my .ini file over from my 189 backup. Working well now

What was wrong with the ini file you created and posted? How does the ini file from your backup that worked differ?

 I am having difficulty getting my trackball working and you may help me solve my problem by answering.
