Vectrex Help

I recently started adding some old systems to my setup. I got a set of Vectrex roms but a good portion of them ended up being the same game so I went on a search to fill in the missing games.

Most of the games have a nice colored overlay to them and it makes the game look nice. The ones I have found and downloaded individually are black and white and looks terrible. Do anyone know why this is? Does anyone have a completed set with color overlays? How did you do that?
