rsharitz Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Hello everyone. New to Hyperspin, but I've built three retropi bartops. It's great to part of this amazing community and hope you can help me with my issue. I have Hyperspin working, but where I really need help is setting up my two player controls and have them work properly with Hyperspin and games. I am using a xinmo encoder for the controls. I have a two player setup. Each player has 6 buttons (buttons 1-6). I have a coin and start button for each player (buttons 8 and 7 8 being coin and 7 for start) I have four other buttons 9-12 for exit, mode, menu and play (in that order). I'm guessing Mode and Menu can be used for favorites and genre? I can navigate Hyperspin wheels with controller, but my enter and exit buttons are not working even though I think I've set them up properly. I have to use my keyboard. I've checked the encoder in device manager and everything is working correctly. Anyone who has done this and can save me hours of looking for videos and online help would be greatly appreciated. I have a picture/drawing of my encoder layout and control panel layout if that would help.
