Rl Launch all but HS 1.4 launch only mame

I performed an update doing a clean installation following a format, I installed in two separate folders RL v 1.0.1.10 and HS v1.4, I reconfigured everything as I had before (HyperLaunch and HS 1.3) and everything worked perfectly!
Now among all the reconfigured systems, in Rocketlauncher everything works perfectly while in HS only the mame works, the other emulators are not launched and no error message is reported to me!
 

What could it be and what could I control?
