Starting Hyperspin every time to Main Menu

I am fairly new to Hyperspin and currently rebuilding my 3 year old arcade System. I am familiar with many aspects of the program itself but recently noticed a quirk in the behavior. 

As I was setting up the new system I often had to quit the game by using unconventional methods (Ctl/Alt/Del, task manager, etc). 

After I do that I noticed that when I restart Hyperspin it jumps right into the sub wheel that I was in when I quit the program. For example, if I was under "Arcade Console" Hyperspin would start with the arcade console menu.

My question is: Is there a way to force Hypersin to ALWAYS start at the top level menu/wheel?
