Starting games doesent work anymore

Hello 

I installed my Hyperspin Hdd in my pc installed everthing needed and tried many games with my keyboard. Worked well. I installed on my pc my arcade stick and changed hyperhq.exe the controls for joystick. And after some minutes or maybe after that. i can with my keyboard change systems and games, and with "enter" on the keyboard enter in the game menu of Hyperspin but with "enter" not anymore in the game.

in hyperhq.exe i set everything from keyboard to joystick to default settings and still can't star games.

 

Plz help me.

 

What do I make wrong?

after restarting my pc and pulling the arcade stick away from usb it workes again.
