hyperlist systems problems

some of the systems on the hyperlist dont have any games on there is that on purpose? i also heard from someone that not all the systems on there work is that true and why? and how come xbox isnt on there?

I don't know why a list be blank, but for the other questions it's because everything user generated so...

If there a list or content for a system that doesn't work, it's because someone liked the system and/or made it in preparation for when it was emulated.

And if x box not there it will be because no one has made yet, probably due to the poor emulation status atm.

Most of the mainstream emulated systems should be there
