Hi.i have looked in search but didnt see a common problem.i dont have high speed where i live so i was trying to use my phone to get new hs.i have tried cell service and wifi but it will get some data100mb to 300 mb then says download unsuccesfull.i dont have antivirus on phone that i know of.any ideas?

update....so i took my laptop to a wifi and tried again however it gets to 99 percent and then says "file changed on remote server" i only have microsoft essentials but i turned it off anyhow and tried again but same thing.any ideas what i can do to get this going.thanks in advance
