Hypesync cloud not working?

Just purchased my platinum membership so I could use hypersync cloud to start downloading themes and movies from emumovies (Already had a membeship there).  Started up hypersync, upgraded, started hypersync loader.  All I get is an error saying Could not verify HyperSpin membership, check your creditals andtry again.  I have checked the login and password.  I am logged into emumovies, but not HS.

I see the message about hyperbase, but the beta is apparently closed and I can't download that either.  Any thoughts?
