MAME not working(Update with Video)

So last week mame's working this week it says no lol. It says loading complete and then nothing happens then it goes back to the menu. Tried doing it through RL and the same thing happens but then I run the emulator on it's own it seems to work. 

EDIT: New Problem. Sorry for audio being off
