Hi, hoping someone can help, feel free to ask for whatever other info you may need to diagnose the issue.

I have a bartop cabinet I bought off someone that i've had to get working as it was a right mess, most things seem good now due to trial and error but Mame seems to take a good 15 seconds to start a game which is very frustrating, is there something easy to fix this? any other thread i've seen on this does not seem relevant.

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Rocket Launchers Version 1.2.0.1

Files open fine directly through Mame
