HyperHQ problem

Hi,

New to Hyperspin but need some assistance.

When I follow the SPAWK JoyToKey & HyperSpin/RocketLauncher tutorial ,

I cannot type in (change) the Start/Exit program - just doesnt allow it.

Running Windows 7.

Set to run as admin and pretty sure permissions are set to "Allow"

Can anyone help ?
