MAME Video option defaults

Hey guys,

hopefully this is a quick and easy one!

Can anyone please tell me how i can set MAME to default the video view option to 'NORMAL' and not 'CROPPED'??

i really like the old style bezels, but the default view always crops them, and i have to manually turn cropping off for each ROM.

not world changing, but time consuming to do all 10,000 ....

surely there's a way to change this behaviour?
