usb hub and multiple controllers

hi ,

I have queston regarding having several joysticks .

in my case 

2 x 360 controllers wireless

1 x logitech g25

1 dolphin bar

Whatever i do , and i tried everything removing drivers , using different combination on my usb ports .

But the logitech wheel always is in first id or before the xbox 360 controllers .

If i would by a usb hub , is it possible to change the id's ? I would like to know that before buying one .

i know there are tricks with mame and so but its just a pain to install .

Is it now so difficult to put this in windows 10.

I simply want to change id 1 G25 with the xbox 36O controllers pfffff
