Nintendo Gamecube doesnt have transitions when scrolling through the wheel when all other systems do. Is there a setting to enable them?

I've added transitions and also kept the default ones. They show up when searching through all my other systems. Only gamecube seems to be missing them. Instead of the usual transitions I see the default theme background quickly the game theme instantly loads.
