Problems launching Sega CD or Sega Genesis games. Screen displays lines/dots.

Having an issue correctly displaying Sega cd or Sega genesis games.  I think any games using mega fusion emulator to be honest.  
 

once I select a game, it immediately loads the game but the display is all jacked up and the game cannot  run.

I checked out the settings in fusion and everything appears to be set correctly.  
 

I have attached a video that shows what I’m experiencing.  Thank you!
