4-Player Cabinet - Using 5 zero delay USB encoders. Cannot get controls to work

Can anyone help me? Are there any joytokey profiles for zero delay USB encoders? I cant figure out how to get the controls in Hyperspin to work. Ive tried tutorials and videos on youtube over and over.

 

I have a hyperspin drive currently setup for xbox 360 controllers I think. I built a 4 player cabinet, and im using 5 zero delay usb encoders 1 for each player, and an additional one for a flight stick.

 

Any advice on what to do? I am super new at this, but I understand computers well, so just need some guidance.
