Entry Point Not Found Error?

Im having some trouble and was hoping to get some assistance. Everytime I try to launch Hyperspin I am getting this error message.

"The procedure entry point rtllsnonemptydirectoryreparsepointallowed could not be located in the dynamic link library G:\hyperspin\arcade\sxs.dll"

I have already installed the windows 10 patch and still cannot get it to load. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
