Any chance/way to get Redream for Dreamcast working on Win32 (XP)? Can my system even handle nullDC? (system specs included!).

I have given up on nullDC, Retroarch, and most other emus to run DC on my Windows XP arcade cabinet (win32). Then I found Redream, testing it on my Windows 11 workstation. Works AMAZING! Tried to install on my cab, but it only has a x64 bit version right now. Any help, guidance, suggestions? I don't even care if I can/can't get it working in Hyperspin/Rocketlauncher right now. I'd be happy  just to have it working as a standalone program. Anyone have a recommendation?

(I don't want to upgrade my system, out of fear that--having read plenty on it--it would mess up all my other settings, configurations, and everything working nicely as it does now).

But, would downloading a new/updated driver for my Intel Q965/Q963 express chipset family card make a difference? Looks like I'm currently on a 2008 driver, and googling shows me it has been updated through 2012. BUT, would this break any compatability I currently have with other emus and RL/HS, or won't it make any difference? Would it eliminate the sputtering and low FPS on dreamcast emulation in nullDC?
