Remapped controls

I run hyperspin on a arcade cabinet and use some systems with controllers. I decided to remap GameCube through dolphin to my arcade stick and buttons and did the same for dream cast thru redream. Now when I launch hyperspin I can not launch the games. Works for every other system fin so I know I remapped or removed the launch game key. Anyone know if there is a way to reassign this key thru hyperspin or rocketlauncher back to the button that works for rest of systems or how and where to re assign it. Thanks
