help!!! Help with Ultimarc J-Pac USB Controller for Buttons & Joysticks with HyperSpin.

Hi all, I'm after some support with regard to setting up my arcade cabinet. I recently bought an arcade cabinet with just the screen, Speakers, and buttons from a company in Bristol. It arrived in all its glory and I have had nothing but problems. I've got an intel Nuc running hyper spin and the guys at the company I bought the cabinet from said it would be as simple as dropping in my Nuc and it would work straight away. That was far from the case and I've been in contact with them and they're not really playing ball... the buttons and joysticks work correctly, but they are far from being mapped correctly. So what I wanted to know is what experience people have had with the following model of the board with their arcade cabinet and how you have them set up. I've got an Ultimarc J-PAC V2 Board.  I've been trying to get the configuration right for 3 days, and I seem to be having no luck...
