Pole Position blue screen hyperspin

ok I run Pole position from mame works fine. when I launch through hyperlaunch get blue screen says manual start ? please help

Got it to work kind of, at service mode screen I have to push right shift+F3 then F2 and it reloads normal. still not right, someone must have seen this before still need help

For some reason hyperspin is not saving or loading the Mame setting for the game. examples if I sent the dip switches to A,A when I load it up in Hyperspin its set C,D if hit tabe and check Mame is set correct A,A ?
