I saw that 7zip is part of the install inside the plug-in folder so it has to be there for a reason I would assume. For the time being you can see if the system you are trying to use the no working unzip features for can be used in retroarch without the need for unzipping. Or if it is absolutely a need for the system on your setup I would just unzip the roms temporarily until the beta supports unzipping on the fly.
