I am trying to set-up Demul, however I receive an error stating "Unable to find "monkeyba.bin" in romset "Monkeyba." I think it may be due to the fact that the rom is a .dat not .bin. The error is both within Hyperspin and outside Hyperspin. I tried finding a post regarding this error, but no luck. Here is my Demul.ini if it helps.

Thanks for any assistance. Also, try to keep it slightly simple, I am not an expert at code, I can read and write some, but I easily get lost sometimes.

Thanks again.

ok, I had several problems apparently. I was using version 582, not 57, so i set it up from scratch with version 57 and I noticed I have to click load decrypted rom for it to work. I also found out that my DirectX was out of date. I found this out by trying to access the video options and the emulator errored with a directX error. So, if you have this issue check your version # and DirectX. Lastly, I discovered that renaming the roms from .dat to .bin allows them to open properly. I haven't tried to get it to work with Hyperspin, but usually I can figure that out. If I have more issues or fixes I will post here and hopefully it might help someone out. Best of luck to anyone with this issue.
