Upgraded to Windows 11, now command prompt in my way

I am using Hyperspin 1.5.1 and Rocket Launcher 1.2.0.1. I set everything up years ago and its been working great in my cab with no issues. I just upgraded my CPU and went to Windows 11 25H2 from Windows 10. Now, I get a command prompt showing up on the screen as shown in the pictures. I have googled but am unable to find reference to my issue. Needless to say it never used to. I have tried many setting changes but am unable to hide or minimize the command prompt.

I was finally able to shrink the prompt and hide at the bottom underneath the mame window. The problem is that I still see it when closing out a game.

I would like to hide it, or minimize it like before. Anyone know what settings to try?
