Help please i cant download themes?

Do you have the system installed in HQ? If it’s a theme for Teknoparrot, for example, you’ll need the Arcade (Teknoparrot) system installed.
 

What’s the theme?
 

And do you have more than one client listed in HT? You need to pick the one that matches your setup (if there are additional clients listed in HT, you can just delete them).
