Specific wheel cannot skip between starting letters

On a specific Wheel (of several), I`m currently not able to skip forward (push joy to the right) to the next letter of games. Also, on going left (backwards), it always goes straight to A. This used to work fine on all wheels, it still does on the other wheels, and I don`t understand what`s wrong on that specific wheel.

Does anyone have any idea on this issue? I didn`t find any configuration that would enable or prevent this behavior.
