Getting Kega Fusion to Open fullscreen and load the Rom

HI Guys,

Anyone know how I can get Kega Fusion to load full screen with the selected Rom? I have the Emulator in the Program data/Hyperspin folder , Lega is Configured the way I want it. When I select a rom it opens the emulator with my settings but not the Rom, I am sure there is a command line I need to use, but I am new to this and a little lost. Any guidance would be appreciated
