ETD001
Very excited about Hyperspin, I went through a bunch of front ends before working my way through this one. After getting my Mame instance running (using the tutorials), I was eager to get the artwork and video previews. I signed up as a platinum member here and a lifer at Emumovies. I downloaded hypersync entered my login information for both accounts which validated and downloaded a bunch of art for the games and wheel, (Stuff is very cool). The only thing that hasn't downloaded yet is the preview videos (which is a bummer since it's an excellent feature). I check the media folder under mame and the only one that is in there is 88 games which came with the initial program I believe. What am I missing? ETD001
I should mention I used Dave tools to rebuild my xml for mame so only parents and roms I had showed up if that matters before I subscribed an downloaded.
pinsanity
Try a different system (Atari 2600, NES anything besides MAME) through Hypersync first and see if it works. There are intermittent problems with MAME videos downloading from Hypersync. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?35137-mame-videos-not-syncing
ETD001
It downloaded the Genesis stuff just fine. Got all the preview videos. Double checked my settings and it is set up to download videos.
123jimbo
When it was failing for me a few months back, I ended up using the EmuMovies Download Service Utility. Jim.....
