We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. How to set up two keys to exit the emulators?

Hey,

I nearly finished the software setup for my hyperspin-bartop. There are only a few problems left that I have to solve. Hope you can help me with one of these problems ;)

One problem I have been working on for days and couldn't solve is the setup for the emulator-exit-keys. I tied to set it up in Hyperlaunch, but it didn't worked.

I want to be able to control the whole Hyperspin an the Emulators (Mame, Nes-, Snes-, Tubografx-16-Emulator usw.) with the Control-Panel of the bartop (it's two players with 6 buttons each plus player one start, player two start and a coin button).

I tried to set "~1 & ~5" (in Mame it's the Start-Player-One-Button and the Coin-Button) for "Force Hold Key" in Hyperlaunch in the global settings (global - settings - main settings), but it didn't worked. Even tried to set holding "~1" for a few seconds - but this also didn't worked. Also tried it without the "~".

I searched in the forum an in the rest of the net, but couldn't find an answer. There were similar problems like mine - but too different to help me solve my problem.

Really hope you can help me!

Thanks a lot. Your tip for HyperLaunch worked :)

But I couldn't find the UI Cancel Option in MAME. I searched in the Control-Setup-Menue of MAME (when you start the mame.exe) and in the mame.ini.

And: can I also use two keys to Exit mame?

Hope you can help me one more time ;)
