Mame Dissapeared off Main Meun Wheel

I'd would first like to say how great this forum really is. The only reason this is my first post is that every question I've had (and it's been many) I've been able to find answers to in past posts.

So I've been working on my build for a couple of weeks now. I had all my emulators working, roms renamed, everything showing up fine. So i finally donated to both this forum and emumovies, got hypersync.

Everything seems to have worked flawlessly except for one thing. Mame is gone?

All my other system (about 15 or so) show up and are 100% sync'd and working but mame is no longer present in the main menu wheel. Mame emu, roms, media is all present and accounted for in my hyperspin folder. I searched on this forums and others with no soultions. It was literally, mame (as well as others) is there and working, ran hypersync, mame gone. I haven't changed a thing before and after. please help

So i've figured out the problem. Leaving this post up as it may be a potential bug in the hypersync software

I've just noticed that there is now two instances of one system (atari 5200) on the main menu wheel. For some reason hypersync has changed the main menu theme, wheel and video for mame to the atari 5200.

Manually removing them from the media folder and changing it back has fixed it. Just an odd occurrence i guess.
