ArtMac
Hi Where are the hypersync settings stored? I have the program along Hyperspin in an external hdd, configured to use it in my main pc, but if I connect the hdd to another pc, no settings are carried on and I have to setup again all the systems.... Is there a possibility to have hypersync store its settings in its folder.. I think the might be located in AppData/Roaming or in the Windows Registry or else where I don't know... Thanks
relic
click on the arcade machine icon and then youl see systems in the list click on one and apply yes you want to setup this system after that make sure you turn it on to sync then update database apart from that then you go to artwork tab and click default or set to your likeing then click on folders and set the first as hyperspin location then set the 2nd one for download as media then click on sync tab and press sync thats all you need to do once your signed in and good luck the settings should be in hypersync folder which contains vault settings etc etc
ArtMac
Hi relic, Thank you for your answer.... It seems that some settings are stored outside the HyperSync folder, because although I have all set up like you said, in the PC where I added or activated all the systems inside the arcade machine icon all works, but if I connect the disk to another PC and enter into e the arcade machine icon, no system is shown as configured... SuppaJoopa
Hello ArtMac, I actually just posted this to another thread this morning. This user wanted to bring things back to default. But i suspect that if you copy/paste these files to another machine, it would work as you expect. Hope this helps. " I just found this out last night actually in troubleshooting my install. If you are using Windows 7/8/8.1, go to: C:\users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\HyperSync In here you will see two files, application.ini and systems.ini. Removing both will bring it back to default. Hope this helps. "

I hope if not, that in the next version this possibility (portable setup of hypersync with no files created on Windows disk) is added. thx
ArtMac
Hi. Thank you. Looked there (AppData\Roaming\HyperSync) and there they were!! Please in the next HyperSync release place those 2 files on HyperSync's program folder thx
