My system crashed and the arcade no longer starts up in hyperspin. What must I do to make it go into hyperspin?

It normally boots into Windows 7 then boots a few seconds later into hyperspin.

found the start up folder and created an alias of hyperspin... rebooted but its not automatically starting.

If i manually boot hyperspin.. double clicking it myself its fine.

Suggestions?
