BlueGoblin
I've got a barcade that runs pretty damn hot in the back. I get its supposed to be warm... but what would you recommend for a cooling fan to bring down the temp? This would be an addition to the existing smaller fan in there. iNTiGOD
I would recommend at a 120mm fan. At least that way you get some good airflow without the high pitch noise of smaller fans. e.g. this one
BlueGoblin
How about something like this.. or do I need something more powerful? http://www.ebay.com/itm/PC-Computer-Case-System-Cooling-USB-Fan-Cooler-120mm-5V-5volt-120x120x25mm-RoHS-/121477663001?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c48a20919

Do you have a laptop in the barcade? Should do the job but keep in mind running the fan at 5v will be slower and there will be less airflow (but it will be even quieter). Also have you got and air vents for air to flow into the cabinet?
