Need Help mapping JoyToKey, Relates to button switch upon delay...

Hi I'm new to the whole Hyperspin/Launch thing and I'm try to map JoyToKey with my PS3 controller. The thing I'm trying to figure out and what I want to do is I want to set the Select button to escape and return back to select. So basically I want to press and hold the button that I have programed as , for 1.5 seconds and then release and it acts as if I pressed esc to back out to the menu and is back as , again...Not staying as esc. LOL I hope I explained that good enough. Please leave a detail guide for this, I looked allover the net and can't find how to do it, it only shows for xpadder. Thanks.
