Setting up a theme for Executable program or game

Basically what it says up there, there are only a handfull of PC games that I want to play on my cabinet, namely super street fighter 4, so I made it an executable, the problem is that it looks terrible on my wheel. I downloaded a theme but I have no idea how to set it up, I looked all over the forums for answers to no avail, any help?
