Mess and Bezels

When using Mess and having bezels on, the game screen is squashed....and smaller than the bezel? this doesn't happen on any other emu's is this a bug..?

I don't know if it's a bug... I don't think so..? but if you press tab and go to slider controls, you can adjust the screen. it should save on exit.

Thanks for the reply but it's not affecting anything when used with a bezel...?

may need to post abit more info sry. what system and bezel for Mess (all systems for mess)? have you taken a look at your bezel settings in hyperlaunch? did you go in to video options in Mess and enable bezels?

Sorry, Bezels are enabled on Mess, Set to Full screen on HLHQ, Using Latest HLHQ 1.1.1.4,and HL 3.1.0.5b

 

It's ok on

 

Atari 2600, Atari 5200,

 

Not ok on 

 

Bally Astrocade, Colecovision, Emerson Arcadia 2001, Channel F, Vectrex, Odyssey 2, Intellivision, Tiger Game.com

are your Atari bezels in the right folder?? double check the folder, the bezel and config files are in Media>bezels>Atari 2600>_default folder...... not Media>bezels>Atari 2600 ect. or how ever you have it configured. that's a possibility. maybe a few other things but check that.

Atari is fine it's Bally Astrocade, Colecovision, Emerson Arcadia 2001, Channel F, Vectrex, Odyssey 2, Intellivision, Tiger Game.com that have squashed screens..?

Hopefully someone will post that's seen or had that issue. If you've taken a run down of the general options you can easily change, try another version of Mess maybe. I messed with a few of those bezels and settings, and couldn't come up with that squished screen result sorry. I think im using MESS 156 atm.

Ah i think i'm on mess 140 i'll try a newer version.

Cheers after all that mess-(ing) about i updated mess to 160b and all is fine now
