Mame configuration, problem in the creation of ini file.

Hi everyone ,

 

I'm following this guide http://gameroomsolutions.com/setup-hyperspin-mame-hyperlaunch-full-guide/#comment-1280 . I think the problem is that the guide is for windows 64 bit, while I'm using windows 7 32 bit, and mameUI32 . When i try to create the ini file writing "mame64 -cc" ,i've this error  "mame64-cc"is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file". Can you help me please?
