Analogue & Digital Arcade Sticks

I was thinking of having Both Analogue & Digital Arcade sticks like this

 

Having an Ultrastik 360 and a normal digital, as the Ultrastik uses a USB to connect and the ipac 4 also uses a USB (Just incase i decide to go 4 player) for the digital sticks.

 

Does anyone know of any problems doing this..? i know the Ultrastick can do analogue with profiles etc, but this way i can just leave it setup for analogue only.
