Video Problems

Hi, I have the system pretty much working but I am having problems with videos. I have videos working for about 99% off all mame games. I do however have other systems where I just cant play the flv file at all. All I get is a green screen and part of the screen has pixels. I have tried the videos in FLV pplayer and they work fine. I am using windows 8 64bit with a Intel Core I3 processor.

Where did you find flv videos? Those are ancient

I downloaded a file pack that had them all in. Is it possible to convert them? Folder say 2009.

I guess it is the known bug in  Hyperspin 1.3... in the new version (atm there is a Beta for the Plantium Members out) this bug was killed :-)

I guess it depends on the codec the Videos use...

 

there is no release date out yet. ATM we have the Beta 15 out for plantium members. Go and get the plantium status if you can't wait. As a plantium one you have a lot more benefits like using hypersync for easy artwork syncs to your setup

Hi thanks i will look into that. I will download a codec pack to see if that helps in the meantime.

no no no... not your codecs are the problem. its a bug in hyperspin and you can try to deactivate hardware accleration for flash

Ok managed to sort. I downloaded the emu movie converter. I them downloaded the mp4 and converted back to flv and deleted the old FLV file and it all works good. Thanks for your help.
